Essentia Joy Systems Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the EroSync mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App and related services.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Email address (for account creation and authentication)
• Nickname, gender, and birthday (optional, provided during profile setup)

2.2 Device Information

• Bluetooth device identifiers (for connecting and controlling your personal wellness devices)
• Device model and connection type metadata

2.3 Usage Data

• Control mode preferences and custom waveform configurations (synced to your account for cross-device access)

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Microphone audio: The App analyzes ambient sound levels on-device in real time for voice-control mode. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Location data: We do not collect or access your geographic location.
• Advertising identifiers: We do not use IDFA or any advertising tracking technologies.
• Third-party analytics: The App does not include third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or Facebook SDK).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To enable Bluetooth communication with your personal wellness devices
• To sync your custom waveform patterns and device preferences across sessions
• To authenticate you via email and one-time passcodes
• To respond to support requests

4. Bluetooth & Hardware Access

The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with compatible personal wellness devices. This requires:

• Bluetooth Central mode: To scan for, connect to, and send commands to your device via GATT protocol.
• Bluetooth Peripheral mode: Certain device models receive commands via BLE advertising data rather than direct connection. The App broadcasts encoded control signals that only your paired device can interpret.

All BLE communication occurs locally between your phone and your device. No BLE data is transmitted to our servers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain with "After First Unlock" protection. We use HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) for all server communication. Your password is never stored on-device.

Server-side data is hosted on secure infrastructure with encrypted storage at rest and in transit.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:

• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users
• With service providers who assist in operating our services, subject to confidentiality obligations

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings page. Upon deletion:

• Your account and associated profile data are permanently removed
• Your linked devices are unbound
• Custom waveform data associated with your account is deleted

Deletion is processed immediately. Backup retention on our servers may persist for up to 30 days before full purge.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
